Hello fellow BHS Class of 1980 classmates,
Welcome back to your class homepage www.bluffton1980.com. After studying Classmates.com, Alumniclass.com and other social networking sites thinking that they might offer a better/faster/easier way to communicate, setting up our own website just seemed like the best approach. You can also find us as a Facebook group at Bluffton High School Class of 1980 or by searching in Facebook for "Bluffton High School Class of 1980".
This site will also contain similar information as the Facebook site, and is targeted for those classmates who do not use Facebook.
I would also like to capture contact information, so please fill out the contact information to make it easier to let you know about future events. If you have photos that you're willing to share, please post them to the Facebook group site or email them to blufftonclassof80@gmail.com and I'll post them to the photos page.

Additional details about the 35th Reunion...
a) We are currently expecting over 50 people, including classmates and guests
b.) We are planning to be outside at Joel and Patty's, so dress appropriately (I think mosquito repellent is part of the dress code). If the weather turns nasty, we'll move inside.
c.) We are working to keep this casual and affordable. We will provide fixings for DIY pulled pork sandwiches. We are asking that everyone bring a dish to pass (and a serving utensil). If your last name begins with A-H – vegetable dish; I-P- Salad; Q-Z- desert. If you find yourself almost there, but you forgot a dish, come anyway. We'd really just like to see you there.
d.) BYOB. Lemonade and bottled water will be provided.
WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!!
e.) We are funding this reunion mostly with leftover money from the last reunion. That means there is no more seed money for our 40th reunion. We would greatly appreciate donations the night of the reunion to close the gap on this year and to start a fund for our 40th. There is no pressure. Any amount, however large or small, would be appreciated if your personal situation gives you that flexibility. We have a class bank account that we have been using to fund these. 100% of donations go directly to reunion expenses.
As a reminder, we are being hosted by Joel and Patty Makowski at their home in Bluffton at 2370 East Terrace Drive.
